Spicy Chili Oil Ramen Recipe

 

Ingredients: -Ingredients:
- 2 packs instant ramen (no seasoning packets)
- 3 cups chicken or veggie broth
- 2 tbsp chili oil (plus more to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
- 1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: sesame seeds, crispy chili flakes, cooked protein (tofu, chicken, pork)

Instructions:
1) Heat a small pot with a little oil; sauté garlic and ginger 30 seconds.
2) Add broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and sugar; simmer 3 minutes.
3) Stir in chili oil. Taste and adjust salt/chili.
4) Add ramen noodles; cook per package (2–3 min). Add greens in last minute.
5) Divide into bowls. Top with egg, green onions, sesame seeds, and extra chili oil. Enjoy!
